Q What does your package price include?

A huge chocolate fountain delivered and set up at your venue, with as much quality Belgian chocolate of your choice as required. Our attendant will completely manage the fountain and provide all napkins and skewers.
Your choice of delicious dipping food to be arranged separately.

Q Where do you deliver?

Anywhere within a 50 mile radius of Bradford, West Yorks is included in the standard package price, but all venues will be considered.

Q Is the chocolate you provide gluten free?

Yes the chocolate is gluten free. However, it is possible that some of the dips may contain gluten.

Q Is the chocolate you provide 'Kosher' ?

Yes the chocolate is'Kosher', but dips cannot be guaranteed as being suitable other than the obvious things like fruit.

Q Is the chocolate suitable for people with nut allergies?

No, people with nut allergies should not use the chocolate fountain.

Q Can we choose which type of chocolate we want?

Yes, you have a choice of Belgian Dark, Milk or White Chocolate

Q The Chocolate; what do you use?

We only use the finest Belgian Couverture Chocolate and we only use it once. At the end of your hire period, if you provide us with a bowl and plates, we will leave any remaining chocolate and dipping foods, with skewers and napkins, for you and your guests to enjoy long after we have left.

Q Are there any special positioning requirements for the Chocolate Fountain?

Yes. In an enclosed space and the floor must be reasonably level and away from any open windows or doors or strong draughts.

Q How much space do you need for the fountain?

Our standard display is about 4ft diameter, and over 6ft tall, a corner position is best with plenty of space for people to mill around the table.

Q What power do you require?

The fountain requires 1 standard 240v - 13amp socket, located nearby would be helpful.

Q Can the Chocolate Fountain be used outside?

The Fountain can only be operated in enclosed areas.

Q Can I use my own dipping foods?

Yes, but there are a few foods that are not suitable. We will advise on what is best.

Q Do I have to use your Attendant?

We always recommend the use of one of our qualified Attendants, but we do not insist upon it. In our experience, having a Chocolatier/Associate in constant attendance to advise your guests how best to use the Fountain and to replenish and tend the Display, has been the favoured option with our customers

Q How long will the Fountain run?

As long as there is Chocolate in the Fountain! We supply enough of the finest Belgian Chocolate to last for the whole of your event. You will not run out!
